DC Black Pride has an exciting vending opportunity on Sunday, May 25, noon to 6 p.m. at the DC Black Pride Health and Wellness Festival at the Francis-Stevens Educational Campus, 2425 N Street (24th & N St.), NW.

Vendor applications must be submitted online. See below.

A complete description of item(s) to be vended must be on the application application.

BLGPD reserves the right to reject any application that is inconsistent with the organization’s mission. We further reserve the right to expel any vendor who exhibits products or services not reflected in their application. Rules and regulations concerning vending will be forwarded upon approval of application.

All non-profits must provide a copy of their IRS Nonprofit Determination approval letter.

Please note that food vendors are not permitted. Electricity is not available.

Standard space is one (1) 6 foot table, two (2) chairs. All vendor spaces will be under tented areas at no addition cost however you may bring your own tent provided you give notice of your intentions before.

Deadlines


Vendor applicatons must be finalized and paid in full by midnight, Wednesday, May 14, 2014.

Applications submitted after Friday, May 9 must be paid in full by certified check, cash or money order; and are not guaranteed to be included in the event program book.
