Event Promotion Partnership

Social events are a very important part of DC Black Pride and we value the contributions that clubs and party promoters make.

We invite organizations, clubs, and party promoters to become official events of the DCBP by completing and submitting a event promotion partnership application.

Important Notices

Submission of an application does not mean automatic approval. A member of the Center for Black Equity staff will contact you.

DC Black Pride verbiage and marks are registered trademarks of the CBE-Pride (dba Center for Black Equity) and should not be used without CBE-Pride's acceptance of your application and receipt of payment. CBE-Pride as the owner of the marks hold exclusive rights to use the same. Any unauthorized use of the verbiage and marks will amount to violation of our statutory rights and will be subject civil and/or criminal action.

Partnership Opportunities

Platinum [6 or more events] - $1,500

  • Recognized as promotional partner
  • Events listed as an official DC Black Pride event
  • Two (2) customized promotional social media (Facebook and/or Instagram) posts
  • Complimentary vending booth at DC Black Pride host hotel
  • Event promotional materials in DC Black Pride attendee bags

Gold Level [3-5 events] - $1,200

  • Recognized as promotional partner
  • Events listed as an official DC Black Pride event
  • One (1) customized promotional social media (Facebook and/or Instagram) post
  • Complimentary vending booth at DC Black Pride host hotel
  • Event promotional materials in DC Black Pride attendee bags
  • Event promotional materials displayed in DC Black Pride area in hotel

Silver [2 events] - $650

  • Recognized as promotional partner
  • Events listed as an official DC Black Pride event
  • Event promotional materials in DC Black Pride attendee bags
  • Event promotional materials displayed in DC Black Pride area in hotel

Bronze [1 event] - $300

  • Recognized as promotional partner
  • Event listed as an official DC Black Pride event
  • Event promotional materials displayed in DC Black Pride area in hotel
