Showcase Your Business or Organization
We have exciting vending, tabling and exhibiting opportunities during Rainbow Row: Organization + Vendor Expo on Friday, May 22, 5–9 p.m. and Saturday, May 23, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. in the host hotel.
Vendor/exhibitor applications must be submitted online ONLY using the application below. A complete description of item(s) to be vended or exhibited must be on the application. Credit card, check and money order are accepted for payment. Payment must be finalized and paid in full by 5 p.m. ET on Friday, May 15, 2026.
CBE reserves the right to reject any application that is inconsistent with the organization’s mission. We further reserve the right to expel any vendor who exhibits products or services not reflected in their application. Rules and regulations concerning vending will be forwarded upon approval of application.
Pricing
Both Days (Friday, May 22 AND Saturday, May 23)
- Non-Profit - $150
- For-Profit - $300
Single Day (Friday, May 22 OR Saturday, May 23)
- Non-Profit - $80
- For-Profit - $200
Important Information
- Each vendor will be provided one (1) 6-foot table along with two (2) chairs
- All non-profits must provide a copy of their IRS Nonprofit Determination approval letter.
- Food vendors are not permitted.
- Electricity is not available but can be purchase at an additional cost.
